From Baby Soul to Baby Steps

My journey to motherhood began with heartbreak and years of grief—but it transformed into healing, trust, and two little miracles who proved that what once felt impossible could become real.

Hi, I’m Rafaella Elias—IVF mom of two and the founder of Little Miracle Creations. Like so many women, I once sat in doctors’ offices wondering if motherhood would ever happen for me.

My professional background in nutrition, health science, and epidemiology gave me a solid medical and scientific understanding of health—but no textbook could prepare me for my own diagnoses: Type 1 diabetes, hypothyroidism, and the one that broke me to pieces—infertility.

Through years of inner work—neuro-emotional therapy, mindset shifts, releasing old trauma, and reconnecting with my own body and creative power—I began connecting to the soul of the baby I longed for, holding the vision of our life together, and anchoring myself in belief, love, and trust.

And then—on my very first IVF cycle—Daniel arrived. My first little miracle. Years later, after continuing the same inner work, we welcomed our second miracle, Jovian.

It’s from this place of healing, belief, and creative energy that Little Miracle Creations was born—offering poetry, journaling tools, and heartfelt resources to give other women the emotional nourishment I wish I’d had.
