My Journey to Believe and Become the Mother I Dreamt to Be

My journey to motherhood began with heartbreak and years of grief —
but it transformed into healing, trust, and two little miracles who proved that what once felt impossible could become real.

I’m Rafaella Elias, IVF mom of two and founder of Little Miracle Creations.
And just like so many women, I sat in those waiting rooms feeling lost and unsure — wondering if motherhood would ever happen for me.

Although my background in nutrition, health science, and epidemiology
gave me a solid understanding of health, nothing prepared me emotionally for the impact of my diagnoses — Type 1 diabetes, hypothyroidism, and infertility at just 25.

I turned to neuro-integrative emotional therapy, mindset work, inner healing, and reconnecting with my body to help soften my fear and rebuild belief from within.

It didn’t erase my diagnoses, but it changed the way I carried them. It restored my strength, my hope, and my connection to the baby my heart longed for.

I prepared my heart for IVF long before I prepared my body — visualizing, journaling, speaking to my future baby, and anchoring myself in gratitude even on the hardest days.

And then, on my very first IVF cycle, Daniel arrived. Years later, we welcomed our second miracle, Jovian.

This journey taught me something precious — the journey to motherhood begins in the heart: in belief, love, and emotional readiness
long before conception.

Because these emotional tools were such an essential part of my own healing, I felt called to create something to support other women walking this vulnerable path.

Little Miracle Creations blends personal experience with insights from neuro-integrative therapy, offering gentle, heart-centered tools to help women shift from fear and grief into belief, hope, and gratitude —from infertility all the way through early motherhood.

If you’re here, it means you are still dreaming too. Still hoping, still believing, still holding space for the miracle your heart is calling in.

Wherever you are on your journey, may these creations bring you hope —
may they bring you closer to your little miracle and to the mother you are becoming.

With love,
Rafaella
