The Story Behind Little Miracle Creations
There was a time when I wasn’t sure motherhood would ever be part of my story.
Like many women navigating infertility, I experienced years of uncertainty and heartbreak. At the same time, I was learning to navigate life with Type 1 diabetes and hypothyroidism while preparing for pregnancy.
Today, I’m the proud mother of two boys through IVF and the founder of Little Miracle Creations—a place where heartfelt, science-based resources help women prepare their bodies, open their hearts, and ease their minds as they navigate the journey from trying to conceive to motherhood.
Where Science Meets Lived Experience
Professionally, my background is in Nutrition & Dietetics, Health Sciences, and Epidemiology. Although my education gave me a strong understanding of health and scientific research, nothing could fully prepare me for the emotional reality of infertility.
When I began preparing for IVF, I immersed myself in scientific literature, clinical guidelines, books, and evidence-based resources on fertility, nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness, and other lifestyle factors that might help me prepare my body for pregnancy in the best way possible.
Alongside this, I found strength through Neuro-Emotional Integrative Therapy, which helped me reconnect with hope, rebuild my belief that I could become a mother, and navigate one of the most vulnerable seasons of my life.
That combination of science and lived experience inspired me to create the resources I wish I’d had during my own journey.
Why I Created Little Miracle Creations
If my journey has taught me anything, it’s that preparing for motherhood through IVF isn’t just about preparing your body. It’s also about opening your heart, easing your mind, and finding the strength to keep moving forward, one step at a time.
That’s how Little Miracle Creations was born.
Today, my mission is to create heartfelt, science-based resources that help women feel informed, supported, and empowered.
